With over two decades of experience in facilities management and engineering operations, Amgad leads Dixie FM with strategic vision and a results-driven mindset. His leadership focuses on innovation, service quality, and sustainable growth across all business lines.
Amy Ibrahim
Amy oversees the financial strategy and performance of Dixie FM. She ensures fiscal stability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth through disciplined planning, transparent reporting, and strategic resource management.
Khaled Lotfy
With over 30 years of experience in the electro-mechanical and energy sectors, Khaled is a leading expert in technical consultation and system design. His expertise spans UPS systems, DC networks, data center design, and photovoltaic solar solutions. Before joining Dixie FM, he served as Managing Director at Green Power Egymatec and Executive Manager at Socomec and Schneider Electric. Khaled holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Global Management.
Ashraf Abdelaziz
Ashraf is a telecom engineer with over 20 years of experience in the BSS field. As one of Dixie FM’s most accomplished regional leaders, he directs Upper Egypt operations with deep technical expertise, strong field management, and a proven record of operational excellence.
Mira Guirguis
Mira is a dynamic project leader with over 15 years of experience in auditing, consultancy, and client management within the telecom and power sectors. She combines technical expertise with strong business acumen, overseeing projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previously managing consultancy projects for Orange Egypt, Mira brings proven skills in project planning, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination, making her a cornerstone of Dixie FM’s client relations and service delivery excellence.
Sherif Fayez
Sherif is a telecom and systems engineering expert with over 20 years of experience in service delivery, project management, and software development. He leads Dixie FM’s technical strategy, integrating engineering operations with digital solutions to enhance performance and transparency. Sherif has managed nationwide audit and maintenance portfolios for Orange Egypt, developed custom .NET and SQL-based automation tools, and driven operational excellence across multi-disciplinary teams. His leadership bridges engineering precision with data-driven innovation, ensuring Dixie FM’s continued growth and technical excellence.
Ahmed Al-Arabi
Ahmed brings extensive experience in GSM BSS site operations and auditing. A specialist in DC power systems, he leads field teams across Delta and Alexandria with a focus on technical accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Ali Ashour
Ali is an accomplished audit expert specializing in telecom site quality and technical compliance. With deep field experience in GSM operations and infrastructure evaluation, he leads the Upper Egypt team with precision and reliability. His strong analytical approach and hands-on expertise ensure high audit accuracy and consistent performance across all assigned regions.
Marvy Abdelnour
Marvy transforms complex operational data into actionable insights that drive performance and efficiency. She specializes in data modeling, trend analysis, and KPI reporting, supporting decision-making across Dixie FM’s technical and management teams.
Mohamed Alaa
Mohamed is a skilled telecom professional with extensive experience in technical quality assurance for GSM BSS networks. He has managed acceptance and expansion projects, conducted SQI analyses, and ensured compliance with operator standards. His precise planning, field supervision, and commitment to quality make him a key leader driving Dixie FM’s operations across Sinai and the Red Sea regions.
Sameh Ishak
Sameh is a telecom professional with over 20 years of experience in GSM network operations, rollout, and maintenance. His background spans major operators and vendors, including Mobinil and Huawei, where he led large technical teams and managed over 300 live sites. Known for his strong field leadership and troubleshooting expertise, Sameh ensures optimal network performance and service reliability across the Greater Cairo region.
